We ship to all 50 US states and Washington D.C. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. We do not ship internationally at this time.
02How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and spend 4–6 business days in transit — 5–8 business days in total. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
03What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All prices are in USD, and payment is processed over an encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout.
04What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return your bag, for any reason, with no restocking fee. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we send a prepaid return label and cover all postage. Email us to start a return — refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
05What comes with my bag?
Every order includes a detachable, adjustable strap, a dust bag and a care card — packed gift-ready. Exact dimensions, materials and weight are listed on each product page.
